This tutorial is to help parents get access to Parent Portal and at the same time to their children’s classes and grades.
Este tutorial es para ayudar a los padres a obtener acceso al Portal de Padres y al mismo tiempo a las clases y calificaciones de sus hijos.
 
Step 1: Creating an email account

  • If you already have access to an email account move on to step 2.

Step 2: Request Student Information

Paso 2: Solicitar información del estudiante

  • Please complete the following form to receive the information you will be required to have to gain access to the students classes and grades. If you need more than one student's information you can submit the form as many times as you need.
  • Complete el siguiente formulario para recibir la información que deberá tener para obtener acceso a las clases y grados del estudiante. Si necesita la informacion de mas estudiantes puede volver a llenar el formulario.

Step 3: How to register to Parent Portal

  • If you already have an account to Parent Portal you can move to step 4.
  • Si usted ya tiene una cuenta de Portal de Padres puede seguir al paso 4.

Step 4: How to add a student to your Parent Portal account

Paso 4: Cómo agregar a un estudiante al Portal de Padres

  • In this step you will need the student's information that was emailed to you in step 2.
  • If you created your account in a previous year and have not accessed your parent portal account this school year you will be asked to verify your pin. The pin was emailed to you when you completed Step 2.
  • En este paso, necesitará la información del estudiante que se le envió por correo electrónico cuando acompleto el paso 2.
  • Si usted creo su cuenta en un año anterior y no a ingresado a su cuenta de Portal de Padres este año escolar, solo se le pedirá que verifique su pin. El pin se le envió por correo electrónico cuando completó el Paso 2.

Step 5: How to view students assignments and grades

Paso 5: Cómo ver las tareas y calificaciones de los estudiantes

  • In this step you you also be able to see your students teacher informations such as name and email.
  • En este paso, también podrá ver la información de los profesores de sus estudiantes, como el nombre y el correo electrónico.
